Conversations with people who left the business move into Archived and stay read-only. Everyone else can archive, pin, mute and file their own chats, and a group admin can turn a conversation into topics.
Switching business can stay in this tab or open a new one, so two tabs can work two businesses at once. Console chats get a short title in your language, and the assistant keeps facts you can read and delete. Accounting explains each account in place.
The business switch at the top of the panel's sidebar no longer lists the whole deployment for a superadmin — the picker pages already followed this rule, and the sidebar now does too.
A project opens straight into its own room, and the people who can run that room can hand a guest a link. Guests speak in the room without an account, and the rest of the panel stays closed to them.
A business-Persian vocabulary now steers the transcription engine itself, so compound spellings like «پرداختنشده» and Persian digits come out right the first time.
The work desk cards can be reordered and resized, the header carries a short news line, and the Windows theme’s window can be moved, resized and snapped.
NabuOS 1.2.0 is built and served from apk.nabuxai.com; signing in is only your Nabu account (the same one central sign-in box), the icon and splash are the new brand, and updates install over the previous release.
Connect the Google account you join with. When the call ends, its transcript is summarised and filed on the customer, including a call you joined from your phone. On a computer, a side panel inside Meet does the same while you are still in the call.
An Omani business now keeps a VAT return and a tax invoice instead of Iran’s Moadian, and invoice amounts and payment modes follow the currency the business charges in.
The console's system prompt (Telegram/desktop chat) introduces itself properly and carries worked examples for the main flows — voice notes, creating a project/task/lead, reports — so it no longer claims a tool does not exist.
The NabuOS console's top bar and its threads drawer now honour the phone's safe area, the threads toggle, the auto-approve key and the drawer's close keep the 44px touch floor, and the raw ☰/✕ characters give way to the panel's own icons.
